Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, APIs, integrations, and SaaS technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for ServiceNow platform; establish standards, best practices, and governance.
- Mentor the ServiceNow Administrator and oversee configuration, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end development including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Review code and solutions for quality, security, and maintainability; drive performance improvements.
- Coordinate with third-party partners and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
