Cprime is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to guide large-scale implementations. You will advise executives on architecture choices, design AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions across HR and IT, and define integrations, data models, security, and portal strategy.

You will lead design workshops, review architectures with delivery teams, mentor junior architects, and help shape reusable platform standards and governance for ongoing client work.

Description:

• Advise senior client stakeholders on architecture decisions and technical trade-offs in business terms.


• Design end-to-end AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions spanning employee experience, workflows, AI agents, and governance across HR and IT.


• Define target architectures, including integrations, data models, security, environments, and portal strategy.


• Architect ServiceNow Employee Center portals with clear navigation, targeted content, search, security, and unified task views.


• Lead client design workshops and architecture reviews with implementation teams.


• Support business development through architecture input for workshops, business cases, proofs of concept, and proposals.


• Partner with AI engineers to validate solution designs and client-system integrations through proofs of concept.


• Guide implementation teams, identify technical risks and debt early, and ensure delivery aligns with target architecture.


• Establish reusable platform standards for data integrity, APIs, portal design, and upgrade-safe extensibility.


• Mentor architects and monitor ServiceNow platform developments to inform client strategy and services.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of ServiceNow implementation, development, or architecture experience, including complex solution design.


• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs as a technical lead, solution architect, or platform architect.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.


• Deep expertise in Now Platform architecture, data modeling, ACLs, security architecture, update strategy, and integrations.


• Experience across HRSD and ITSM, plus at least one of ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM/GRC, or App Engine.


• Hands-on Employee Center design experience, including information architecture, widgets, search, security, and content strategy.


• Working knowledge of ServiceNow agentic AI, including AI Agents and Moveworks; AI governance experience is preferred.


• Hands-on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge sufficient to review designs and guide technical decisions.


• Strong client-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, architecture presentation, mentoring, and stakeholder-influencing experience.


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; CTA or CMA preferred, with CAD and two or more relevant CIS certifications strongly desired.
