Job summary

Cprime is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to advise CIOs on strategy and architect scalable ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM solutions in business terms. You will define integrations, lead discovery workshops, and guide teams through complex enterprise transformations.

Ideal candidates have CSA, CIS-ITSM/CAD, and hands-on JavaScript/REST experience, with a strong consulting background and a focus on upgrade-safe customizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation, development, or architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one of ITOM, ITAM, or SPM.
• Knowledge of Now Platform architecture, CMDB and data-model design, security, and integration design.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST, and API-led integrations.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow agentic AI, including AI Agents and Moveworks, or strong interest in building this expertise.
• Ability to balance out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration, and custom development while maintaining upgradeability.
• Client-facing consulting experience, including workshops and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into practical design decisions in ambiguous enterprise transformation environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required; CIS-ITSM and CAD are strongly desired, while additional CIS certifications or progress toward CTA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise client IT leaders on ServiceNow strategy and technical trade-offs in business terms.

• Monitor ServiceNow platform developments and identify relevant client opportunities.
