Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect to own end-to-end solutioning for complex engagements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivery leads, and technical teams to architect scalable platform-aligned solutions that drive measurable business value.

Role requires deep SN expertise, multiple product line experience, and active SN certifications. You will lead pre-sales efforts, mentor teams, and stay ahead of platform evolution while delivering high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow architecture, implementation and solutioning.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Certifications CIS in at least two modules; CTA or CSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and App Engine.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow architectures and blueprints.
• Drive pre-sales and solutioning activities including RFP responses, effort estimation, proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor delivery squads on platform best practices, upgrades and governance.
• Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap and new products; provide proactive client recommendations.
