You'll guide architectural decisions, mentor teams, and drive secure, scalable configurations and integrations. Remote-first, with contract or full-time arrangements available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Multiple ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent).
• Strong consulting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise ServiceNow programs.

This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with solution design, executive stakeholder management, and long‑term platform strategy — you'll be the technical anchor client teams look to for the toughest architecture decisions.
