Job summary

Cold Sun is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives across ServiceNow deployments, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong governance with stakeholders across delivery teams.

In this remote-first, full-time or contract role, you’ll manage plans, budgets, and resources, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, track risks, and report to steering committees while supporting change management and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally on ServiceNow implementations.
• Comfort running both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
