This role involves enhancing and maintaining platform capabilities, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring software compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years relevant experience and minimum of 5 years hands-on developing ServiceNow products.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, CSM.
• Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript and other coding applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in planning system deployment and meeting software compliance standards.
• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform functionality.
• Collaborate with system engineers to develop solutions and handle configuration changes.
