Job summary

You will work with Service Managers, Product Owners, and cybersecurity stakeholders to clarify requirements, deliver prioritized enhancements, and support production delivery from design through deployment and support.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Expertise with ServiceNow Security Operations modules (SPC, VR, SIR, OTM).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms via REST/SOAP.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions including custom apps and workflows.
• Lead integrations and automations with security platforms and APIs.
• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements to production support.
