Qualifications

• 8+ years in application security with vulnerability analysis and secure design.
• Ability to read, write, and debug code to validate findings.
• Experience translating security risk into actionable remediation guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Secure ServiceNow instances by identifying configuration-driven security risks.
• Validate customer-reported findings and provide actionable remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Security and Engineering to resolve high-impact findings.
• Support escalations and customer interactions as an incident‑level expert.
