Robotic Technologies Automation seeks an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro specialist to lead licensing management, model normalization, and audits. You will implement, configure, and optimize SAM Pro across ITSM, CMDB, and procurement interfaces, ensuring data quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include integrations with Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and cloud portals, plus dashboards, reports, and collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro modules: models, entitlements, license positions, normalization, reconciliation and reclamation.
• Strong understanding of per-user, per-device, per-core licensing models and audits.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs and Discovery/SCCM/MECM/Intune/Jamf.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM and ITAM/SAM data relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro across modules.
• Configure software models, entitlements, installations, licenses, dashboards, and integrations with CMDB, ITSM, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Discovery.
• Develop integration with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf, cloud portals and other inventory tools.
• Create dashboards and reports for license management, compliance, risks, optimization opportunities, and cost savings.
• Prepare for vendor audits with proof-of-license documentation, usage evidence, and audit trails.
• Provide knowledge transfer, runbooks, and mentoring to internal teams.
