Job summary

Anglepoint is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to deliver IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management services for enterprise clients on the ServiceNow platform. This hybrid role combines hands-on implementation, optimisation, and ongoing platform operations across SAM Pro and related capabilities.

You will work with global teams, translate business and data requirements into configured, tested solutions, and contribute to reusable delivery assets as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow, Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, or related enterprise technology delivery.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong technical awareness of platform configuration, data, integrations, testing, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery and requirements sessions by documenting client licensing processes, data sources, platform dependencies, controls, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into configuration, entitlement onboarding, integration, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Participate in workshops, status meetings, testing reviews, and governance calls; communicate progress and risks clearly.
• Onboard software contracts, entitlement data into ServiceNow SAM Pro; configure models, classifications, licence metrics, and relationships.
