Astek Group ищет опытного QA инженера для проекта в телеком-отрасли на удаленной основе. Ваша задача — проводить функциональное, сквозное и интеграционное тестирование, организовывать UAT и взаимодействовать с бизнес-аналитиками.

Qualifications

• Работа с User Stories и процессом управления дефектами.
• Знание методологий Agile/Scrum.

• Будет плюсом: опыт проектов ServiceNow, HRSD.

Responsabilités

• Участвовать в воркшопах по дизайну решения.
• Проводить функциональное, сквозное и интеграционное тестирование решений.
• Подготавливать и проводить приемочные тесты вместе с бизнес-аналитиками.
• Организация и проведение UAT с бизнес-представителями.
• Анализировать обратную связь, отчеты и дефекты; выявлять причины проблем.
• Регистрация дефектов и User Stories.
• Контролировать исправления в ServiceNow.
• Проверка исправлений и обновлений системы.
• Проводить функциональное тестирование улучшений и исправлений Run-команды.
• Участвовать в Agile церемониях.
• Ежедневно отчитываться о ходе работ.

Описание: Currently, for our client in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of ServiceNow QA Engineer.

Задачи

• Participate in workshops on solution design
• Perform functional, end-to-end and integration testing of delivered solutions
• Prepare and conduct acceptance tests together with Business Analysts
• Organize and conduct UAT with business representatives
• Analyze feedback, reports and defects, and identify the causes of problems
• Log defects and User Stories related to fixes and improvements
• Monitor fixes implemented in ServiceNow
• Test bug fixes and subsequent system updates
• Perform functional testing of enhancements and fixes implemented by the Run team
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Report on work progress on an ongoing basis

Требования

• You have experience as a QA / Software Tester
• You have practical knowledge of functional, end-to-end and integration testing
• You have led or conducted UAT
• You can analyze defects and reports from the business
• You have worked with User Stories and know the defect management process
• You know the Agile/Scrum methodology
• You work well with developers, BAs and the business
• You communicate comfortably in English (C1)
