Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Вести учёт и анализ проблем, сообщать о них команде.
• Писать тест-планы и тест-кейсы, формировать отчёты по тестированию.
• Создавать и поддерживать автоматизированные тесты для Web/Mobile/REST API.
• Участвовать в обсуждениях требований и критериев приемки.
• Улучшать пайплайн CI/CD и процессы обеспечения качества.
• МMentor младших коллег и развивать навыки команды.

Sporty Group gives QA team members authority to decide whether releases are ready to launch or need more work. The company is remote-first and pursues sustainability.

• Test Web, Android, and iOS platforms using black-box, white-box, integration, and performance testing
• Track and record product issues, analyze problems using various tools, and provide feedback to relevant personnel
• Write test plans and test cases, and produce test reports based on feature requirements
• Share test-related information with team members
• Simulate user needs and real-world usage scenarios
• Participate in team discussions and challenge requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and testability
• Create automated Web, Mobile, and API test cases
• Track and analyze automated tests to improve test efficiency
• Develop automated tests and test frameworks
• Improve the Continuous Integration pipeline
• Help automate all aspects of the software engineering process
• Review others’ designs and code and provide constructive feedback
• Continuously develop own skills
• Mentor less experienced team members
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve or establish quality processes

Требования:

• 3+ Years of testing experience
• Solid understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing
• Experience with manual Web, Android, iOS, and API testing
• Experience with web debugging and API testing tools, including Chrome DevTools and Postman
• Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL
• Strong Python experience
• Experience with REST API test automation
• Experience automating tests for Android and iOS apps
• Experience automating tests for web apps with Selenium or Playwright
• Experience developing and running a Continuous Integration system
• Будет плюсом: Docker and Kubernetes experience, familiarity with Jira and Jenkins, working knowledge of NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB), a BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering
