Job summary

Astek is seeking a Business Analyst (ServiceNow) at 0.5 FTE for a healthcare client in the United States. You will support the Product Owner, gather and refine requirements, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.

You'll collaborate with UX designers, manage the product backlog, facilitate backlog refinement, and document system functionalities and business rules. Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years BA experience in IT, strong requirements engineering, Agile experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation environments.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems, integrations and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience working with product backlogs.
• Experience in large, international organizations.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Fluent English; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
