Qualifications

Responsabilités

Описание: We are looking for a detail-oriented Tester to join our team and support quality assurance activities across projects involving Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of business solutions through structured testing and deficit management in an Agile environment.

• Execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and an interest in learning how Salesforce-based solutions are configured and tested.
• Experience performing manual testing activities.
• Ability to create and execute test cases and document defects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent English (C1 preferred).
• Proactive mindset: takes ownership of tasks and anticipates issues.
• Clear communicator: explains technical topics simply and keeps stakeholders updated.
• Collaborative team player: works closely with aigile team, architects and other developers.
