Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA & Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end QA governance across our SaaS platform. You will design robust test strategies, oversee ATF test suites, and drive defect management and stakeholder validation while ensuring stability through major upgrades and patches.

You will champion automated testing frameworks (ATF, Selenium/Playwright) and participate in CI/CD-integrated release cycles across ITSM, CSM, SPM, and related modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF experience.
• 2 years building, maintaining automated test suites in ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience with pre/post-upgrade regression testing.
• Experience setting up test impersonations and validating user access across ServiceNow roles.
• CI/CD pipeline experience for automated test schedules and triggers.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain ATF tests using ServiceNow ATF.
• Run regression and upgrade ATF test cycles to validate forms, workflows, and UI changes.
• Create and execute automated tests for REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
• Analyze test logs, document defects, and collaborate with developers.
• Set up test impersonations and validate user access across ServiceNow roles.
• Support CI/CD-driven test schedules and release pipelines.
