Job summary

Sradha Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned End-to-End Automation Test Manager to lead quality for enterprise SaaS releases. You will own the test strategy from requirements through production sign-off, covering functional, integration, regression and UAT testing, and expand automation to accelerate releases.

You will be the main QA contact for product owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams, mentoring onshore/offshore QA staff and driving defect closure and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 12 years in QA/testing with 5 years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role.
• Experience testing cloud/SaaS enterprise applications end to end.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium; Python or Java; CI/CD experience.
• API/web services testing (REST, Postman) and SQL data validation.
• Strong UAT planning, defect lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or HP QC/ALM.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re looking for a seasoned End-to-End Automation Test Manager to lead quality for enterprise SaaS releases at ServiceNow. You will own the test strategy from requirements through production sign-off. That covers functional, integration, regression and UAT testing, and growing automation to speed up release cycles. You’ll be the main QA contact for product owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, test plans, entry/exit criteria, schedules and sign-off readiness for SaaS releases.
• Lead functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing across complex, configuration-heavy workflows and role-based access models.
• Design, build and maintain automated regression suites (Selenium, Python/Java, API automation) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations across applications, including REST/web services testing (Postman) and backend data validation with SQL.
• Turn business requirements into testable scenarios and keep requirements traceable to tests.
• Run daily defect triage with business, development and product teams. Prioritize by severity and impact and drive defects to closure.
• Manage release readiness: smoke tests, regression scope, risk-based prioritization and go/no-go quality reporting.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore QA teams. Standardize test assets and templates, improve coverage and keep execution consistent.
• Report test metrics and dashboards using Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally or ALM.

Required Skills

• 12 years in QA/testing, with 5 years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role.
• Strong experience testing cloud/SaaS enterprise applications end to end.
• Hands-on test automation with Selenium and Python or Java. Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD.
• API/web services testing (REST, Postman) and strong SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) for data validation.
• Deep expertise in UAT planning and execution, defect lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination.
• Test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, HP QC/ALM.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to translate technical defects into business impact.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow platform experience (ITSM/CSM, ATF — Automated Test Framework).
• CRM testing experience (Salesforce Service Cloud or similar).
• Performance testing (JMeter) and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
