Job summary

You will develop compelling demos, collaborate with architects, and guide proposal content from discovery through delivery, helping grow iTech AG’s ServiceNow practice while advancing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow project and program management, incl. presales, prototypes, and demo activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT modernization principles.
• Excellent written and communications skills.
• Experience in crafting proposal content and contributing to business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow-focused initiatives from pre-sales to delivery and internal lab development.
• Design compelling demos and prototypes with architects; create compelling presentations and recordings.
• Coordinate activities across multiple ServiceNow projects, aligning with innovation and growth goals.
• Advise in presales and program activities; articulate the value of ServiceNow modernization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Support proposal development, capture meetings, and track trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
