Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven PM experience in ServiceNow projects, presales, prototypes, and demos.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and IT modernization principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience crafting proposals and supporting business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow-focused initiatives from presales to delivery.
- Collaborate with architects and leadership to design demos and prototypes.
- Coordinate multiple ServiceNow projects with cross-functional teams.
- Advise on presales activities and capture customer needs.
- Support proposal development and client meetings.
