Ideal candidates have 6+ years IT experience, 2+ years as a ServiceNow Architect, and strong communication with executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations as an Architect.
• 6+ years in IT.
• 2+ years as ServiceNow Architect; 5+ years on ServiceNow plataforma.
• 2+ years implementing using Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Experience with cloud platforms and integrations in ServiceNow ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical leadership for a federal client.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into ServiceNow architecture and roadmap.
• Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support architectural governance, standards, and best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to proposals and statements of work for client opportunities.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders to communicate architecture decisions.
