Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations as an Architect.
6+ years in IT.
2+ years as ServiceNow Architect; 5+ years on ServiceNow plataforma.
2+ years implementing using Agile/Scrum.
Ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules.
Experience with cloud platforms and integrations in ServiceNow ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical leadership for a federal client.
Analyze requirements and translate them into ServiceNow architecture and roadmap.
Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Support architectural governance, standards, and best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
Contribute to proposals and statements of work for client opportunities.
Engage with executive-level stakeholders to communicate architecture decisions.
