- Experience with CMDB management and ServiceNow Discovery tool.
Responsabilités
- Oversee ServiceNow product development from planning through implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams including technical staff, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Define, implement, and monitor governance policies for ServiceNow.
