Job summary

Arkhya Tech Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, transformations, upgrades and managed services.

You will own scope, schedule, quality, resources, financials, risks, dependencies and governance to ensure customer satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Developers, coordinating Agile delivery and executive communications to deliver business

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation, transformation, enhancement, upgrade, and managed-service engagements.

The role will be accountable for successful delivery across scope, schedule, quality, resources, financials, risks, dependencies, customer satisfaction, and governance. The Delivery Manager will provide leadership across multiple ServiceNow workstreams and coordinate Solution Architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, Developers, Functional Consultants, Testers, and support teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong ServiceNow delivery experience combined with excellent customer management, commercial awareness, financial governance, people leadership, Agile delivery, and executive communication capabilities.
