ServiceNow Product Consultant - Technology Workflow (ITOM & ITAM, EA)

Location: Multiple Locations All over USA

Type: Permanent role

Pre-requisites

1. 10+ years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture and at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience.
2. Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform:
1. In ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Predictive AIOps capabilities - at least one design, architect and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping.
2. In ServiceNow ITAM - at least one design, architect and implementation of ITAM solutions on ServiceNow.
3. In ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management - at least one design, architect and implementation of ServiceNow EA and SPM.
3. Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on Technology Workflows (including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management).
4. Good understanding of BFSI regulatory compliance (Fraud prevention, AML, KYC, etc.).
5. Strong understanding of technology and Service Management knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Prior experience of working on any one of the CMDB, AIOps, EA, SPM platforms (e.g., BMC, BigPanda, Moogsoft, Alfabet, Flexera, etc.).
7. Ability to connect seamlessly with functional and technical customer SMEs.
8. Balanced knowledge of technology and domain.
9. Candidates with the following Certification & Credentials will be preferred:
1. ServiceNow CSA
2. ServiceNow CIS – EA/APM
3. ServiceNow CIS – Discovery/Service Mapping
4. ServiceNow CIS – SPM
5. ServiceNow CIS – ITSM
6. ServiceNow CIS – HAM/SAM
7. TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
10. Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles.
