Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a ServiceNow Portal Developer to join our client’s IT support and development team in Austin, TX. You will create and optimize ServiceNow Portal pages, widgets and workflows, delivering a modern, user-friendly experience for customers.

You will collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager, ensure cross‑browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness, and contribute to updates, scheduled jobs and business rules within ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong UI design skills for user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundations and ITSM ticketing systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow properties, update sets, and workflows.
