• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Implement Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop and maintain CMDB-related solutions and data integrations.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
