Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Portal/UI Developer to own and enhance a customer-facing ServiceNow Portal. The ideal candidate will be an HTML/CSS/JavaScript expert with a strong eye for UI/UX design and a passion for creating modern, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.

This role will also provide Salesforce and Pardot administration support for Outreach and Growth functions designed to attract and engage prospective customers. Location: Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency with JavaScript.
• Strong UI/UX design and user experience development skills.
• Hands-on experience developing and enhancing ServiceNow Service Portal interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets for existing and prospective customers.
• Develop modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize ServiceNow Portal search functionality using advanced tags, filters, and search configurations.
• Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve the overall Portal interface and customer experience.
• Support Salesforce and Pardot administration activities related to Outreach and Growth initiatives.
• Investigate user experience challenges and recommend alternative designs and solutions that support continual service improvement.
• Ensure Portal functionality and UI components provide a consistent experience across browsers and mobile devices.
• Apply accessibility best practices and support compliance with Section 508/EIR accessibility requirements.
• Work with ServiceNow configurations, including system properties, update sets, workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Experience working with ServiceNow system properties and update sets.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive/mobile interface development.
• Experience supporting continual service improvement through user experience analysis and alternative design recommendations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot administration is highly desirable.
