Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a ServiceNow PM / Scrum Master in Washington DC to coordinate delivery for ServiceNow product teams and platform initiatives. The role requires Agile ceremony facilitation, risk management, and close collaboration with product owners, architects, and cybersecurity teams.

The position is hybrid with 1 day onsite, and candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. A strong background in ServiceNow, ITSM, and federal environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, IS, Business, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT projects, Agile teams, or workflow implementation.
• Experience supporting Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with product owners, architects, developers, QA, admins, cybersecurity, and change management teams.
• Track progress against commitments, identify delivery blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Support release readiness, governance reviews, operational transition, and customer reporting.
• Maintain delivery artifacts, sprint metrics, decision logs, RAID logs, and management briefings.
