Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a ServiceNow Platform/Product Admin to support the DC area. Hybrid work with one onsite day; must obtain a Public Trust. Will administer ServiceNow, support product teams, and ensure platform health within Federal government contexts.

Responsibilities include user/group/role mgmt, catalog, dashboards, notifications, and platform governance; collaborate with developers, QA, cybersecurity, and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
4+ years administering enterprise workflow, ITSM, or business application platforms.
2+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration.

Responsibilities

Administer users, groups, roles, permissions, catalog content, queues, forms, dashboards, notifications, and core platform settings.
Support product owners and delivery teams with configuration updates, backlog refinement, release readiness, and user enablement.
Monitor platform health, licensing, usage, data quality, scheduled jobs, integrations, and operational issues.
Support change, release, and configuration management activities for ServiceNow products and modules.
Maintain platform documentation, administrative procedures, knowledge articles, and support playbooks.
Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve platform outcomes.
