Job summary

Kendrit Consulting Group is looking for a Project Manager/Product Owner to define the vision and roadmap for key ServiceNow capabilities, expected to work onsite 3 to 5 days a week. The role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders and leading initiatives across IT services, including IT Service Management and Enterprise Architecture.

Applicants should have strong expertise in ServiceNow and experience managing Agile delivery teams. A Bachelor's degree along with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 8+ years in IT project/product management, including 4+ years specializing in ServiceNow.
• Ability to obtain an SSA Public Trust Suitability clearance.

• Lead stakeholder requirements sessions and process mapping.
