ICF, Fort Lee, Virginia, seeks an experienced technology program manager to help design, build, and operate high-performance IT solutions for federal clients onsite five days a week. You will collaborate with Federal executives, business SMEs, and stakeholders to develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and processes that support the client’s mission, while guiding architecture, requirements, and testing across teams.

The role requires a Secret clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizen required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• BS degree with 8+ years of PM experience.
• 4+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
• 4+ years Federal experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop technology strategy with Federal executives, business SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with senior client leadership to discover current state, processes, requirements, and goals.
• Present complex technology choices clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize development in ServiceNow.
• Document as-is and to-be architectures and business processes.
