Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• PMP certification.
• BS degree from an accredited institution with 8+ years PM experience.
• 4+ years experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 5+ years experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
• 4+ years Federal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy in collaboration with Federal executives, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with senior client leadership to discover current state and goals.
• Develop technology presentations and communicate complex choices.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to address business needs.
• Develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and processes.
• Define considerations, evaluate new platforms, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document as-is and to-be architecture diagrams and processes.
• Participate in project discussions and standups.
• Define development activities in ServiceNow and support implementation.
