Job summary

Knox Systems, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support ITSM modules, configure forms, workflows, and policies. You will manage user provisioning and platform governance, and assist with upgrades and release management.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, and create dashboards and operational reports. This role requires US citizenship for federal government work; compensation ranges from $95k to $125k plus bonus.

Qualifications

2–5 years of ServiceNow administration or platform support.
Experience with ITSM.
Experience configuring forms, catalog items, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs.

Responsibilities

Administer ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Configure forms, catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer automations, UI Policies, Business Rules, groups, roles, and ACLs.
Manage user provisioning, security roles, and platform governance.
Support upgrades, testing, release management, and platform maintenance.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate into ServiceNow solutions.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with developers on larger initiatives.
Create documentation and knowledge articles.
