Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Platform to drive day-to-day prioritization, roadmap coordination, and governance for Flexential’s ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will translate strategy into actionable priorities, coordinate intake, and ensure stakeholder commitments are visible and actionable. The role leads a team of 4-6 developers and administrators and interfaces with multiple functions across the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise systems, platform management, or service delivery.
• Experience leading technical and product-aligned roles in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate topics into updates and recommendations.
• Experience partnering with platform owners, architecture, security, finance, procurement, and vendors.
• Ideally 5 years as a ServiceNow Senior Developer or Architect.
• Hands-on leadership with ServiceNow modules, governance, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Define practical standards for ServiceNow intake, prioritization, and roadmap management.
• Run governance routines with traceable decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the ServiceNow team and set ownership expectations.
• Coordinate with development for release readiness and adoption inputs.
• Own program statements of work with vendors and inform prioritization through metrics.
