Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Senior or Lead ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead a greenfield reset project in a 3-month contract-to-hire engagement with an expected duration of 18 months, with potential extension or conversion to permanent employment.

You will collaborate with engineers and business analysts to reconfigure ITSM, GRC, and Virtual Agent modules, ensuring CDM data standards and effective deployment cycles. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and module development.
• Experience leading platform reset or upgrade projects, with CDM familiarity.
• Strong communication and teamwork with engineers and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconfiguration and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, Virtual Agent, and related modules.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Develop test plans, validate configurations, and support deployments and releases.
• Document processes and configurations following ServiceNow standards.
• Analyze data structures and recommend CDM-aligned improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and platform optimization.
• Lead solution design discussions and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
