Trident Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Platform Developer) for a 1-year assignment in Austin, TX. The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on ITSM, CMDB, workflow automation, and integrations.

The candidate should bring hands-on ServiceNow development expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead technical design and implementation activities within a contract

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical design and implementation activities for complex workflow automation initiatives.
• Configure and customize ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related platform capabilities.
• Develop advanced workflows utilizing Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Support HRSD and BCM teams as required.
