Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and customize applications, configure ITSM processes, and build integrations with external systems. You will develop workflows using Flow Designer and ensure CMDB accuracy, dashboards, and performance analytics.

You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT service management solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ITSM modules and workflow configuration.
• Experience with scripting, including client scripts and server-side components.
• Experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of CMDB and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop workflows with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Customize forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Implement Service Catalog items and record producers.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Configure REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Implement CMDB configurations and asset management processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with BAs, architects, and technical teams.
