Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the technical architecture, governance, and upgrade planning for a large enterprise ServiceNow platform.

The role requires extensive experience in ITSM/HRSD, integration design, security modeling, and guidance of AI/automation initiatives. Onsite engagement with key client teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, platform administration, and custom scoped applications.
• Integration experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with instance strategy, update sets, release governance, and ATF strategy.
• Knowledge of security model design, roles, ACLs, and PII/PHI data protection.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with client architects and product owners.
• Proven experience in enterprise ServiceNow architecture and technical design governance.

Responsibilities

Position: Senior / Client-Facing Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the technical architecture and design governance of a large enterprise ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for defining platform standards, reviewing technical designs, managing platform health and upgrades, and guiding AI and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and platform standards, including scoped applications, data models, ACLs, and integration patterns.
• Review and approve technical designs before implementation.
• Lead design sessions with client product owners and platform teams.
• Manage platform health, Health Scan remediation, technical debt, and instance performance.
• Plan upgrade readiness and assess the impact of new ServiceNow releases.
• Guide AI and automation initiatives involving Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
