Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long‑term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.

The role requires deep platform mastery, enterprise architecture judgment, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions that align with priorities and support growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
• Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
• Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
• Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.

Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Architect

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Experience Required: 6+ years

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow features.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
