Job summary

Templar Shield is seeking a Solution Engineer for ServiceNow Operational Technology Management in Texas. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on designing, configuring, and delivering OT management solutions, including asset onboarding, CMDB modeling, OT Discovery, integrations, and workflow automation.

You will collaborate with OT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring data quality, and enabling efficient maintenance and risk

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of implementation engineering or related technical delivery experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise OT solutions.
• Understanding of OT, Industrial Control Systems, and SCADA environments.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, REST integrations, scripting, or automation.
• Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT Solution Delivery and Asset Onboarding under Architect guidance.
• Configure and support OT discovery, CMDB and data modeling for OT assets.
• Develop scalable ServiceNow integrations, automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform testing, quality checks, and documentation per SDLC/Agile practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and distributed teams.
