Job summary

Templar Shield is seeking a client-facing Solution Engineer to deploy, configure, and optimize Armis and ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. You will integrate Armis data with ServiceNow capabilities, including USEM and Otto, and support asset discovery, policy configuration, dashboards, and workflows.

You will work with security, IT, OT, and risk teams to align asset intelligence with remediation and security operations, while contributing to demonstrations, estimates, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Client-facing delivery experience in security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of asset intelligence and cybersecurity operations.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, validate, and support Armis deployments.
• Assist with site surveys, collector placement, connectivity validation, and network troubleshooting.
• Configure Armis assets, dashboards, reports, policies, and workflows.
• Map Armis data to ServiceNow data models and CMDB classes.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, dashboards, and alerts for Armis use cases.
• Develop scripts and extensions when out-of-the-box options do not meet requirements.
• Follow development standards to ensure scalable and upgradeable solutions.
