Job summary

Templar Shield is seeking a Security Consulting Manager to lead Enterprise ServiceNow Security Operations and USEM programs. You will partner with client executives, guide architectural and governance activities, and drive successful outcomes across discovery, design, implementation, and post-production adoption.

You will mentor teams, manage delivery risks, and contribute to practice growth by shaping solutions, roadmaps, and AI-enabled security capabilities within ServiceNow Otto.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity consulting and enterprise delivery experience.
• 3+ years in leading consulting teams or senior roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Security Operations engagements from discovery to adoption.
• Guide security operating models, incident response, and exposure management.
• Oversee governance, budgets, schedules, risks, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor architects and consultants; coordinate resources across teams.
• Support business development and go-to-market activities.
