DMI is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to own adoption on a ServiceNow maturity program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms.

This role is core to delivering change strategy from early planning through adoption reporting, with formal government review and customer approvals. You'll produce polished communications, engage diverse stakeholders, and ensure readiness and adoption metrics are tracked across the program lifecycle, including post-implementation reviews and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• ITIL certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the OCM strategy and plan aligned to roadmaps.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and maintain engagement plans.
• Assess change impact and readiness before significant releases.
• Develop communications plan and materials for approval.
• Create training strategies and enablement resources.
• Define adoption metrics and post-implementation reports.
