Job summary

DMI in Washington, DC, is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to own adoption on a ServiceNow service management maturity program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. This role drives change strategy, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and communications through the full delivery lifecycle.

The position requires on-site presence with hybrid flexibility, U.S. citizenship, and strong coordination across multiple organizations to ensure successful adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• Proficient with ServiceNow ATF for automated testing.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategy and plan aligned to roadmap and releases.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain engagement plans across audiences.
• Perform change impact and readiness assessments for processes, roles, tech and behaviors.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Communications Plan and materials.
• Create Training Needs Assessments and user enablement plans.
• Define adoption metrics and produce post-implementation reports.
