Job summary

DMI is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to own adoption for a ServiceNow service management maturity program supporting the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. The role focuses on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption reporting, working with customer-approved communications and structured governance.

Hybrid on-site work in Washington, DC is required. Ideal candidates will have a BS degree, 2–4 years of experience, ITIL certification, and proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–4 years of relevant experience and ITIL certification.
• Proven ability to build and execute organizational change management programs.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to develop training strategies and adoption resources for complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the OCM strategy and plan aligned to product roadmap and releases.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and build engagement plans for executives, managers, and end users.
• Perform change impact and readiness assessments before significant releases and provide mitigations.
• Create and maintain communications plans and ensure customer-approval for all materials.
• Develop Training Needs Assessments and Enablement materials in coordination with SMEs.
• Define adoption measures and produce post-implementation adoption reports.
