Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in the US to lead AI-enabled transformation projects and shape our strategic point of view. You will oversee design, configuration, testing and deployment of NOW Assist and Moveworks, guiding cross‑functional teams and client engagements.

You’ll mentor 5–10+ resources (including offshore) and partner with EY’s AI & Data teams to deliver end‑to‑end strategies that unlock growth and tangible business value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• Experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead.ServiceNow AI project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
