Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programs across client environments. You will drive design, development, and governance of AI-native solutions, collaborating with EY's AI & Data teams and client stakeholders.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, mentor colleagues, and support pre-sales activities while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management across engagements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required; preferred fields include CS, IS, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience with NOW Assist and Moveworks implementations.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and drive AI-native solutions.
• Engage with external clients and lead workstreams from planning through execution.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Ensure quality, governance, and risk management across engagements.
