Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives, including NOW Assist and Moveworks implementations. You will spearhead AI governance, design and deliver end-to-end AI strategies, and collaborate with clients to maximize value across ServiceNow workflows.

You’ll manage delivery teams, guide pre-sales activities, and drive client relationships while aligning with EY’s hybrid, client-facing delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience with 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and deployment of AI-native solutions for clients.
• Engage with external clients, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore resources.
