Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across client engagements. You will guide end-to-end design, configuration and deployment of AI-native solutions while partnering with EY’s AI & Data team to deliver comprehensive strategies that address complex business challenges.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, mentor peers, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery quality and governance throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2-5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership and drive innovation through design and development of cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to enable AI-driven transformation across user experience, agentic workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Lead the build and deployment of AI-native solutions and define end-to-end AI strategies with EY’s AI & Data team.
• Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
