EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will spearhead AI thought leadership, shape our strategic point of view, and drive innovation through design and deployment of cutting-edge services for client transformation.

This client-facing role requires leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with EY AI & Data, and delivering end-to-end strategies that address complex business challenges and unlock growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience with NOW Assist.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and client-facing projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Drive design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases of AI-enabled solutions.
