Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consulting Manager to lead transformation programs across ITSM, with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities and strong client relationship management. You will drive workstreams, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and shape solutions in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

You will interact with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and guide architecture delivery. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
Minimum of one of the following ITSM certifications: ITSM Implementation Specialist.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills and teamwork.
Driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow ITSM workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Lead client workshops and sessions, coordinating across teams.
